In October, a total of €144 million in capital was redeemed from investment funds registered in Finland. However, there were significant differences between different fund categories.
Equity funds gained popularity in October, with €483 million in new capital invested in them. On the other hand, a total of €598 million was redeemed from long-term bond funds. The fund capital also decreased due to market developments, and the combined value of fund capital was €138 billion at the end of the month.
