A total of EUR 247 million of new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland in March. However, the fund's capital decreased due to market developments. The total value of fund capital was EUR 182 billion at the end of the month.
New capital was invested in long-term interest funds of EUR 365 million, short-term funds totalling EUR 670 million and alternative funds totalling EUR 39 million. Capital was redeemed from equity funds totalling EUR 762 million and from combination funds totalling EUR 65 million.
