A tailwind in the stock market caused net subscriptions to equity funds — Finnish investment funds raised EUR 29 million in new capital
A total of EUR 29 million of new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland in September. Fund capital also increased due to favourable market developments. The total value of fund capital stood at EUR 177 billion at the end of the month.
A total of EUR 153 million of new capital was invested in equity funds and a total of EUR 113 million in combination funds. A total of EUR 2 million of new capital was invested in alternative funds. A total of EUR 76 million of capital was redeemed from long-term interest funds and 164 million from short-term interest funds.
